To secure a moving crew, a $100.00 deposit (paid online) is necessary, and this amount will be deducted from your total moving expenses. The outstanding balance must be settled one business day prior to the scheduled move."

Should you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, please provide us with a 48-hour notice. This allows us to optimize our resources, and your $100.00 deposit will be promptly refunded in full within 2-4 business days after notifying us.If your move is canceled with less than a 48-hour notice, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the original quoted price will be applied.

As mandated by the Department of Transportation, your possessions are automatically covered by our free BASIC coverage at a rate of $0.60 per pound per item. However, you have the option to further insure your items through a third-party insurance company, allowing you to select the level of liability and deductible that suits your needs. We're committed to your peace of mind, and we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Your Certificate of Insurance will be prepared and sent to you before your scheduled move. Our dedicated moving consultants will guide you through this process, ensuring it's straightforward and stress-free. Rest assured that the COIs will be promptly sent to both you and your building's management as email attachments. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to your building's management to verify any specific insurance requirements they may have in place to ensure a smooth transition.
